The size of our fabrication facility (60' X 22' X 147'), the diversity
of our work force and the availability of equipment lends itself to the
complex nature of Truck Trailer / Tanker Repair Service. We repair and test
aluminium, stainless and steel tanker trailers in our drive through facility
for petrochemical and industrial haulers.
The facility size and drive through enable us to work more efficiently and
safely on your equipment in a safe, secure environment.
Our fabrication shop has the capacity to accommodate maximum size road trailers
requiring inspection and service. The facility is serviced with 30 and 12
ton overhead cranes and has adequate space to carry out additional fabrication
and repair operations at the same time.

New demands for complete fabrications ready to install and connect to existing
plant facilities has progressed to the point where complex units are manufactured
off site, delivered intact, installed and connected to customers' pre-installed
services. Fabrications can be designed, fabricated, welded, blasted, coated,
insulated, clad, and tested prior to shipment.
Sandrin's certified licensed welders presently work to C.W.B, B620
standards.
Our ongoing commitment to employee training and constant upgrading of our
facilities enable us to meet today's demands for quality and new requirements
in a multitude of industries.
Fabrications for Utilities, Marine, Pulp & Paper, Petrochemical, Automotive,
Food Processing, Manufacturing, Environmental Industries and Medical Institutions
are produced on time, within budgets and to the standards specified to meet
our customers' requirements.
Complex fabrications are often part of projects that require both pre-machining
and post machining as part of the overall project. Close liaison between
fabrication and machining personnel is maintained by our project co-ordinator,
to ensure schedules and customer requirements are adhered to and all inspection
points and regulations are strictly maintained.
